Community Collectives

  • The Asteri Women in Wealth Collective is a community where women use their financial power and leadership to envision and actualize an inclusive economy that works for more women.

    We provide highly-curated, immersive and transformative programming to enable members to learn and practice new methods of inclusive investing, deepen relationships, and move towards their personal Asteri.

    • Annual Summit: Deepens professional and personal alignment through hands-on workshops, wellbeing sessions, coaching and curated peer-connections, with a distinguished group of industry leaders, speakers and guests.

    • Local Gatherings: Community and network-building in cities where our members reside or do business.

    • Deal Calls: Featuring innovative female-led ventures.

    • Pilots Program: Where leading asset allocators come together to design and test new solutions for inclusive investment outcomes. 


    In 2025, we are expanding our offerings for Asteri Members with:
    Regional Chapters, Deal Syndicates, and Coaching Circles. 


    Express Interest

  • BREATHE x Black is Bright’s wellbeing space for Black innovators.

    We offer monthly, virtual 60-minute sessions, led by Black clinicians. As a wellbeing and leadership solution, participants leave BREATHE feeling grounded, relaxed and more deeply connected to themselves and others.

    • Visionaries Wellbeing Retreat (April 2025) - A three day wellbeing retreat designed for growth stage founders and fund managers. Hosted at Piaule, a landscape hotel in Catskill, NY. Through high impact facilitation, coaching and discussions, you will deepen your leadership skills, design an action plan for your vision and discover tools to care for yourself well as you navigate your professional journey.

    • Paradox Series: Sector Panels and Dinner Salons (Quarterly) - Thematic gatherings with thought leaders and innovators who are creating and shaping new markets.

    • Bright Community Day (October 2025) - The day each year that we convene our dynamic network of founders, investors, innovators, and leaders for a full day of learning and connections.
